  1. What do I do if my lease is expiring?

  2. What if I work in an essential industry?
    • We are more than happy to assist you. Please contact us directly at 626-714-3160 and we will walk you through our sales process and home delivery options.  For information about essential services, please visit covid19.ca.gov.
  3. What if I have a vehicle on order?
    • Please contact us directly at 626-714-3160 so we can discuss your options for a no contact delivery.

UPDATE AS OF APRIL 24TH, 2020

Our sales showrooms are open and are following social distancing protocols outlined by city and county health orders. This includes having no more than 9 people in any individual area of our facility at one time, ensuring that all people are maintaining a physical distance of at least 6 feet, and requiring marks for entry.

To Our Valued Clients,

Our parts and service departments remain OPEN Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., and will continue practicing CDC and public health protocols for social-distancing.

Due to the Governor's Executive Order, our sales department is closed until further notice.  We are available to assist sales clients working in Essential Critical Infrastructure Sectors.

The State of California has designated automotive service and parts operations as  "essential businesses"  and as such, you can rely on our commitment to providing you with exceptional care while we continue to maintain all the necessary precautions for you and our team.

For your convenience, our Service and Parts departments will be open until 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday (closed Saturdays). We're committed to serving our clients in this challenging time.

Our Sales departments will now be open until 7:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Weekend hours remain unchanged at this time.

We will continue to monitor information from our local governments and the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) to best protect our employees and clients.

UPDATE AS OF MARCH 13TH, 2020

There is no higher priority for the Rusnak Auto Group than the safety of our clients and employees. Even though the immediate risk of being exposed to the virus that causes COVID-19 is thought to be low in most of our communities, we want you to feel confident when visiting a Rusnak Auto Group Dealership. As a result, we have enhanced our facility cleaning process to include hospital grade cleaning products and disinfectants that are used for cleaning on a daily basis.

For our service customers we will continue our practice of installing plastic steering wheel and seat covers to protect you and your vehicle. Where possible our team will wear gloves and wipe commonly touched surfaces before vehicles are delivered or returned to you.

As an additional precaution we've asked all of our Rusnak team members to refrain from shaking hands; please accept our salutations, perhaps a bow or a head nod, as sign of respect and consideration for your safety.
